21 September Habit Tracker Ideas!
Today, I’m sharing 21 of the best September habit tracker ideas. Creating clean and motivating habit trackers has become one of my favorite parts of setting up a new month in my bullet journal. Over the past few years, I’ve experimented with everything from minimalist grids to detailed seasonal themes with doodles, fall leaves, cozy mugs, and more. There’s A LOT to choose from on this list, and I pulled some of the most popular ideas I’ve used and loved!
September is that perfect in-between time—summer’s winding down, routines are shifting, and there’s that cozy back-to-school energy in the air. It’s the ideal month to reset goals and start new habits with a fresh mindset. This list has all kinds of layouts, from classic trackers with boxes and lines to more creative circular designs, mood trackers, and even ones that double as mini art pieces.
My favorite thing to do when setting up a tracker is to match it with the season or theme of my journal. I’ll often use warm fall tones, cozy illustrations, or even just simple banners and headers that feel fresh and fun. You can totally make these your own with your favorite colors or habits you want to work on (I always track sleep, water, and screen time).
Because I love habit tracking so much, I thought it would be fun to do a post just focused on September trackers. Below, I’ve rounded up a bunch of favorites to help you get inspired. There’s something for every journaling style, from clean and minimal to artsy and colorful.
Which ones are you most excited to try?
And would you be interested in an October version too? I’ve got a bunch of ideas saved and would love to share them!
